Ethel Rosenfeldt
Psychological Counsellor (Elu Hoiab)
Licensed psychological counsellor who works primarily with adults in both private practice and higher education. She believes that a deeper connection with oneself forms the foundation for a more conscious, fulfilling and meaningful life. One example is a project that combines sailing with an adventure therapy framework to support young people with ADHD traits. Ethel is currently completing the Open Foundation's two-year ADEPT programme, specialising in psychedelic-assisted therapy, which she sees as a promising approach to fostering deeper self-awareness and lasting personal change. She is a recipient of a TAIP Foundation scholarship and is currently enrolled in the OPEN Foundation's Advanced Education in Psychedelic Therapy (ADEPT) programme.
